Delivery Times

All goods will be dispatched on standard delivery within 10-12 weeks from point of confirmation. For fast track delivery goods will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks at a standard additional airfreight charge. We will advise by email or by phone of a likely delivery date for any items we need to order from our suppliers and all delivery methods are agreed before the order is finalised.

Charges

Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland

All orders inside the UK will be liable to standard Postage Charges. All postage charges are determined by volumetric weight, destination and speed of delivery required. We will agree shipping costs with all customers before orders are finalised.

Overseas Delivery

All orders outside the UK will be liable to additional Postage Charges. All postage charges are determined by volumetric weight, destination and speed of delivery required. We will agree shipping costs with all customers before orders are finalised.

Returns

We are confident you will be pleased with your purchases from Kaylo Prosport. However in the unlikely event where it is necessary to return goods we are committed to making this clear and straightforward.

 

Transit Damage

All our goods are securely packaged and transit damage is rare. We ask that you report any damage to us within 7 working days. Please return them in the original packaging. Upon receipt and subject to our agreement, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

 

Faulty Items

If you are dissatisfied with your purchases for any reason, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the problem and then they should be returned to us in their original packaging. Subject to our agreement we will supply a replacement or if you prefer a full refund.
